
Beginners Yoga Course

My 6 week beginners yoga course is the perfect way to start (or re-start!) your journey with the wonderful practice of yoga.
Increasing amounts of research shows that yoga is fantastic for both your mental and physical health and general wellbeing. Yoga is a great method of regulating your nervous system and bringing you into a relaxed and restful state. It can even help you sleep better.

How to build a good relationship to your body
How to rest better
How meditation can help you
What should I expect?
Each session will last 1 hour 15 minutes giving us plenty of time to explore and play. There will be a mixture of sitting still and moving and we always end each session with a rest and quiet time.
What do I need?
The main thing you will need is a mat. If you already have an exercise mat that is great! A mat is important to give you a space on the floor to be based from that is comfortable beneath your feet and to sit on.
If you don’t have one please let me know and I will do what I can to help.
