
Yoga Classes
In person yoga classes are a great way to start your yoga journey and to connect with others in your community.
My classes are a mixture of various styles but are generally based on the vinyasa style of yoga which can be dynamic or slow. The focus is on connecting your breath with your movement to connect your mind and body together beautifully.
The classes change each week and have different themes depending on what has been inspiring me. I always provide lots of choice and modifications so you can take the class at your pace.
My classes are mixed level and beginners are always welcome.
